Refund Policy

We want every guide to be worth what you paid. Because our products are digital files you can download immediately, refunds work as follows.

When we refund

• The file does not download or does not open, and we cannot fix it for you.
• The guide is substantially different from its description on the product page.
• You were charged twice for the same guide by mistake.

Contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Before you buy

Every product page shows the page count, a look inside the PDF and the full table of contents, and most premium guides have a free one-page checklist you can try first.

Digital content and withdrawal

Digital content is delivered immediately after payment. If you live in the EU or UK, by completing your purchase you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once the download is available. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty or not as described.
